From June 7-10, 2019, Trouvaille treated 15 travelers from around the United States to an intimate portrait of life in Maine, both past and present. From the opening reception on June 7 to the final dinner together on June 10, the Trouvaille entourage experienced the best the State of Maine has to offer. Our glimpse into the history of Maine came from visits to the Tate House Museum, Victoria Mansion, and the Maine Maritime Museum while life in present-day Maine was seen by going lobster boating with GetMaineLobster.com’s Mark Murrell and joining the festivities at the final Old Port Fest on June 8. The group also dined on lobster all weekend long — from lobster rolls and lobster omelettes to lobster Alfredo and lobster pizza. The weekend was full of education, making new friends, gaining an authentic glimpse into life in Maine, and grabbing many wonderful memories. We were very happy to have everyone with us and we are already looking forward to the next trip to Maine in June 2020. Book your spot now at: https://www.trouvaillettravel.org/destinatons/maine.
