Ireland ~ Celtic Heartland Tour, July 12-19, 2019

By March 23, 2019 No Comments

At Trouvaille, our focus is on continually finding ways to help people truly become a part of the destinations where we travel. One of our favorite options this year is a week in Ireland, July 12-19, 2019, which has been developed to really bring the Irish lifestyle ~ past and present ~ to the forefront. The first way that we do this is through our host, James Mueller, who is a certified Celtic dance instructor and has traveled more than 100,000 miles across Ireland. That’s amazing on it’s own, but it’s more about what you’ll experience while in Ireland with Jim and what he will help you experience.

You’ll trek into the Neolithic past and ponder the stone circles made by Celtic ancestors, along with the opportunity to gaze over the natural beauty of the Cliffs of Moher. You’ll enjoy the fun of authentic Celtic dance performances, wander around castles in Kilkenny and along Medieval Mile, and ~ of course ~ savor Irish cuisine and pubs all week long. We’ll also explore the contrasts of Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city with Dublin, the vibrant center of modern Ireland… and so much more. Explore it all here: https://www.trouvailletravel.org/destinations/ireland.

This trip is perfect for people with Irish ancestry who want to learn more about their family’s history, island lovers (after all, Ireland IS an island), castle aficionados, foodies, nature lovers, history buffs and ~ you!
