Meet your fellow Trouvaille travelers, receive your tropically-themed welcome packet, and enjoy a fresh island dinner.

October 20:

Wake to your first stunningly beautiful Rarotonga sunrise and enjoy breakfast. Experience a biking tour around Rarotonga via Storytellers Eco Cycle Tours. Meant for bikers of all ages and abilities, the tour guides will show everyone the beauty of the nooks and crannies of the island while sharing its history and culture. Naturally, biking builds your appetite for both lunch and dinner, which are satisfied as we delve into local island cuisines and delicacies.

October 21:

Today is devoted to the ocean! Explore the Rarotonga beaches and your choice of snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, and relaxation. We work with Adventure Cook Islands to offer everyone scuba equipment and lessons, snorkeling gear, and an outer reef snorkeling tour. We will round out the day with another fine tropical dinner.

October 22:

Spend a full day on the Aitutaki Day Tour. Take a short flight to the island of Aitutaki and experience the uniqueness and beauty of this island, get trucked around to see the life and vegetation, go on a Vaka Cruise to swim and snorkel in the island’s lagoons and islets, enjoy a barbecue lunch, and explore to your heart’s content. We return to Rarotonga for dinner and to enjoy the evening.

October 23:

Take a walk on the wild side and go on an Atiu Hunting Tour on Atia, which is a short flight from Rarotonga. Get into the wilderness, learn the traditional hunting methods honed over past generations, set traps for wild pigs, dig for coconut crabs, have a truly local lunch, and more!  Also experience the Anatakitaki Kopeka Bird Caves tour by Atui Tours. We will gather with the group for dinner back at Rarotonga in the evening.

October 24:

Unwind with another beautiful beach day and use the time to explore more of the island. Trouvaille offers a variety of activities on land and sea such as a sea scooter safari, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and more. We partner with Ariki Adventures for these activities.

October 25:

For this final day on Rarotonga, you have time to relax and explore at your own pace. Trouvaille offers a selection of optional land and water activities for this day, or you can just relax and soak in the natural surroundings — your choice. We wrap up with a farewell dinner where we can share memories and plan for more travel.
